The following are helpful responses to when your DLH.io NetSuite SuiteAnalytics synchronization appears to have problems completing a sync bridge successfully or other error messages appear.

Increase the Integration Concurrency

  1. Return to your NetSuite account, and edit the SuiteAnalytics Integration
  2. Contact your NetSuite Customer Service Representative and have the increase this max concurrency to a higher number, ex: 20
