How to Access Analytics

Accessing Analytics packages is a fairly straightforward process once a user's Source connection(s) for the package(s) they wish to access have been established.

Note: an Analytics package IS NOT accessible until this has been done, as having a data source to pull data from is imperative!

To access an Analytics package, click "Analytics" in the top navigation menu:

Next, click "All Available Analytics" from the pull down menu:

Select the Analytics package you would like to access:

Click "Install Package" for the Analytics package you would like to access:

A pop-up message will appear to let you know that accessing the Analytics package will begin your 14-day free trial. Click "OK" to acknowledge that you understand your trial period will begin and access your Analytics dashboard:

Next, select the existing Source connection you wish to use for your Analytics from the pull down menu and click the "Next" button to continue:

Select the Data Warehouse you wish to use. We recommend using our "Managed Data Warehouse" option for the quickest access to your Analytics; however, you can use "Your Data Warehouse" if you are on our Enterprise plan and you choose to do so. Once you've selected the Data Warehouse you wish to use, click the "Next" button:

Carefully review and confirm that your Analytics package details are correct and click the green "Yes, Deploy" button to start making data driven business decisions:

Please note that it typically takes 5-10 minutes for your Analytics package to launch. The "Launching" spinner will continue to spin until the package is ready:

Observe your awesome dashboard and determine what needs to be done!
