dlh io is subscription plan based when a customer signs up for an account and/or a free trial, the initial use of the platform is under the trial period once the trial period expires a subscription plan is required for purchase, unless you are using connectors or features that are under the free tier when a subcription plan expires or one is never selected with payment option entered or an annual contract not in place, features used during the trial period, etc may no longer function for your account as an example for sync bridges and connectors you may see a status such as this one stating, "subscription plan issue" sync bridge subscription plan issue in this case you eiter need to contact our sales team and/or enter payment information (i e credit card) in the billing information page of the platform (dashboard > billing) dlh io billing if you have any doubts or concerns please contact our support team updating a sync bridge from subscription plan issue if you see the subscription plan issue status, after your subscription issue has been resolved (i e credit card payment information entered, discussion with sales team, etc ), you will need to click on the sync bridge in question and from the options dropdown for that sync bridge, click to enable the sync bridge then from the actions menu, select mark as idle after which you can wait until the next scheduled sync time, or click on the run sync bridge right now dlh io update subscription plan issue
